Upper one bedroom furnished apartment with keyless entry. We live near by and can be easily reached if needed and will respect your privacy. The unit is blocks away from the Mark Twain Study located at Elmira College, the Ernie Davis Statue and the Arnot Ogden Hospital. Elmira college is just a few blocks away easy walking. Also a short drive to Harris Hill, Watkins Glen, Corning and Ithaca. There is much to see and do in the area. You have the whole apartment upstairs including a living room with a full size pull out sofa bed, a bathroom , a fully equipped kitchen with all the tools you should need to prepare your own meals, one bedroom with a full size bed and a laundry room with detergent off the kitchen. There is an enclosed balcony/porch attached to the bedroom where you can sit. We take all precautions possible when it comes to cleaning following all CDC regulations. Upstairs apartment and front porch We live nearby and are available for questions and/or concerns. We will give you your space as you are not here visiting us. Please let us know if you need something as we want you to have a pleasant stay. Next to Eldridge Park which has some kiddy rides, peddle boats and putt putt for all ages.Just blocks from Arnot Ogden medical. Centrally located near the First Arena. Minutes away from Horseheads, We are about 30 mins away from Watkins Glen, 45 mins from Ithaca NY and about 20 mins from Corning. Taxi cabs , Uber , Chemung County transit There is keyless entry so a code will be sent the day of arrival prior to 3 pm check in to access the apartment. If you are booking for someone else and have no intent on coming please let us know this prior to booking or the person might not be allowed entry. I apologize for the inconvenience but we have had issues with people not knowing all the house rules and if you book that makes you responsible for any damages they cause. We like to know who is staying in our home. WiFi information will be on an index card on the refrigerator.
