Lakeshore Retreat, on beautiful Bear Lake.

Newer lakeshore vacation rental on beautiful Bear Lake. Top floor is approximately 900 sq ft suite, with outside deck. Spectacular views and lakeshore access. Well furnished and decorated. Fully equipped kitchen, all new appliances. Note that lake level can vary substantially. Off road parking for 2 cars. Includes use of tree house and basketball court (bring your own basketball). Pets not permitted. Tents or shelters not permitted on lawn. The entire 2nd floor, including lakeside deck, is the rental Retreat. 1st floor of the building is the owners storage and is not part of the rental, but the large lakeside patio with patio table and chairs is included. There is also an outdoor Hot/Cold shower below the stairs that is not private, but great for washing off after coming out of the lake. It helps keep sand, etc. out of the cabin. Also included is use of the basketball court and the treehouse adjacent to the Retreat. Bring your own basketball. The entire second floor including deck, which is the Lakeshore Retreat. Outside parking is for 2 cars only in designated spaces on the west side of the cabin. No trailers. Parking in driveway is only permitted while loading/unloading. Large cement patio area with picnic table and chairs on the lake side of the cabin is yours. The outdoor hot/cold shower area on ground level is available. Basketball court and tree house are available. No vehicles, tents or shelters are allowed on the lawn. Pets are not permitted. No exceptions. No additional overnight guests are allowed beyond the number shown on the booking agreement. No pets are permitted. We are frequently, but not always, available to help and answer questions. We tend to be occupied with our own large family and with friends who visit and stay in our main cabin. Our little town is Fish Haven, ID, on Highway 89. The lakeshore side and the hillsides consist primarily of summer and winter vacation homes. We are honored to have a bald eagle who usually (no guarantees) visits us once or twice a week and hangs out in a tree about 50 feet from the Retreat, easily visible, as well as wild geese who frequently feed along the shore in the mornings. Designated parking is available for two cars in diagonal spaces on the west side of the Retreat. No trailers. Any additional vehicles will need to park up on the side of the highway, off of the property. Do NOT park in the driveway, other than loading/unloading, as it will prevent others from coming and going. Please indicate in reservation the exact number of overnight guests. Note that the 4 single beds are 2 sets of bunk beds. Tents or shelters are not allowed on the lawn at any time. Sprinklers run at 4 AM each morning and sometimes during the day. Pets are not permitted. No exceptions. Parking is provided for 2 VEHICLES ONLY in designated spaces. Any others must be parked along the highway, not on the property. No smoking inside or outside the property.
