LOCATION! LOCATION! Enjoy the biggest lot in the resort campground with one bedroom, one full bath, kitchen and living room. Large deck, firepit and short walk to outdoor pool and clubhouse. ROOM ENOUGH FOR TWO - VERY COZY FOR SMALL FAMILY. 25 minutes south of Mackinaw City and 20 minutes north of Petoskey. Close to Indian River. Two minutes to small town of Alanson, laundromat, bakery, Marathon gas, grocery, and restaurants. If you don't want to pack up your camping gear and pitch a tent then this is the place for you. This is a one-bedroom with kitchen, full bath, and cozy living room with nice big windows. Full-size bed with new linens and pillows. Fully-equipped kitchen has microwave, utensils, dishes, paper products and more. Foldout couch is great for young children otherwise it may comfortable for one or two adults. Large deck gives you extra room on sunny days. Free parking on-site. An 80s interior that in super shape! I've been told it looks way better on the inside and nicer than the photos. I keep it very clean and all bedding is new and bed is comfortable. Room outside to sit and barbeque. Firewood for sale on site. It is not winterized but has forced air heat for chillier days. Refrigerator is stocked with staples like butter, ketchup, mustard, eggs, bagels or bread and ice. Coffee beans and grinder, Tea and teapot. There is a TV and DVD players for movies but no cable or satellite. The place is all yours and parking is free. Please use driveway and do not park in the road. Only two cars to this spot and both must be parked in driveway. Once you book more information will be available for you to enter the unit. You have access to pool (until Labor Day) and showers/bathroom at the office/clubhouse. I just ask that you don’t enter the home dripping wet from the pool. Their bathroom facilities are nice and big for changing and showering if you choose. We also have a full bathroom in our unit. I am available by text or phone and may drop by to say hello. On a hot summer day, I may just be by the pool after getting the place ready for you! This is a camping country club that consists of mobile homes, fifth-wheels and campers. It is well-maintained and the managers are always improving and making sure properties don't get run down. It is a great place to take a stroll or ride your bike. There is a nice playground for kids and an outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball, shuffle board and a bridged pond with goldfish and turtles. It is up on a hill and the view is very nice nearby. Some of the lots are close together others have more privacy. This place is one of Alanson's best kept secrets and people just love the atmosphere here. Some people stay by the month and week but our weekends in the fall are beautiful as well There is no public transportation nearby. Two minutes from US 31 and 15 minutes from I75. Dollar store, gas, grocery across the road. 15 minutes to Petoskey. 25 minutes to Mackinaw City. The stove is gas and we will turn on the propane for you as well as hot water heater. I will light the pilots so all you have to do is turn on the stove. On chilly days I will turn on the heat and ask that you turn it down before you leave.
