Our split-level ranch house provides privacy for guests--and large bedroom has dresser, desk, television for comfort. This room is in the basement which is fully carpeted and finished and has a private bathroom. Coffee & tea, snacks; Long term guests may of course use the full kitchen as well as laundry, both upstairs. Enjoy our sunny deck, backyard and quiet neighborhood! Close to hospitals, Saginaw Valley State University, highways, and shopping. We have a spacious home with ample privacy for all. We do live in our home and we are relatively quiet, so students and professionals can work/study as needed. Laundry is on the main floor; the deck is wonderful in the summer time and we are happy to share garden goodies when it's harvest time. We're happy to answer any questions! Parking is free--we have a long, private driveway. There is plenty of room for cars or trucks. We've also hosted a kayak or two, if you need to park a recreational item. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, a great place to walk or run. We are available to help out if you need it—in person, or by talk and text. We are happy to answer questions or let you know what we can about the area. Our home is near shopping, easy access to hospitals, entertainment and Saginaw Valley State University; it’s a quick drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City and Midland. Nearby you will find walking trails and a nature reserve (in St. Charles). If you have a car or large truck, we can easily accommodate your vehicle in our long, private driveway. If you do not have a vehicle, we are close to a bus stop or Uber and taxi service is available. We look forward to helping your stay be the best possible.
