Bright and airy home with a large lovable labradoodle to welcome you. Room has two twin beds with memory foam toppers and in-room fridge. Use of two shared living rooms/TV, WiFi, kitchen (upon request) and outdoor living space. Near (1/2 mile) to train station (to Philly or Doylestown), local shopping, entertainment and excellent restaurants, as well as renound Peddlers Village & New Hope, Lake Galena and Peace Vally Park, Lake Nockamixon State Park, Montgomeryville mall, and so much more! Please make yourself comfortable in our home. Enjoy television in one of our two living rooms (one living room comes with a large lap dog), enjoy a glass of wine on our deck, or open your laptop to study in our dining room. Our Chalfont neighborhood is very quiet with lots of street parking. We are across the street from a lovely park with well groomed walking trails and we are just a short distance from Peace Valley Park and Lake Galena which has boat access and kayak rentals, picnic pavilions, and a 6 mile walking/biking trail around it’s perimeter. Lake Nockamixon State Park is 20 minutes away and Tinicum Polo field is less than a half hour away on the Delaware River. If you would like to hop on a train to Philadelphia or Doylestown, we are a half mile from the station where you can catch the Septa R5 Doylestown line. Doylestown is 10 minutes away with excellent restaurants, entertainment and shopping. We are only 20 minutes from Peddlers Village and 30 minutes from New Hope. The Montgomeryville mall is 10 minutes away and IKEA is only 25 minutes! If you are here on business, we are less than a half hour to Merck in West Point or J&J in Springhouse. Bedroom, hall bath, breakfast coffee/tea, living room/TV, outside deck and fire pit I am available most of the time as I work from home. I am happy to share a cup of tea or a glass of wine, or provide you with your space. We live in a lovely neighborhood with access to major roads, shopping, entertainment, and excellent food. If you need a morning run/walk to start your day there is a park across the street with well maintained trails and it’s a short walk to the SEPTA train station. You are welcomed to park on the street in the neighborhood. There is plenty of space. We are also a 10 minute walk to the Chalfont R5 SEPTA train station if you would like to catch a ride to Doylestown or to Center City Philadelphia. My college age children are often around but will respect your space.
