Studio in Stony Brook

* Due to the COVID-19 virus, the space cleaned vigorously according to CDC guidelines between guests. We have contactless check-in procedure & fully private entrance. Please contact with any questions! * Large clean studio space that is totally private from the main residence. Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this.) Close to beaches, parks, shopping malls and outlets, restaurants and Stony Brook University. The space and area outside the space has chairs for some fresh air as well. We want to give our guests their privacy but I can be texted with questions anytime. Quiet family neighborhood, very near to Stony Brook University and Hospital (maybe a 2 minute drive). Short walk to public bus stop. Close to shopping and restaurants in area. A car is helpful but there are buses just outside the neighborhood(1/2 mi) and the train is 3.5 miles. If you want the pull out sofa prepared, please book for 3 Guests. Any listing for 1-2 guests will not have a prepared sofa bed and it will remain covered. Contact with any questions, thanks!
