We've designed it for a max of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children due to the full sleeper sofa and single bathroom. Perfect option for Brasada Ranch weddings, or just a laid back space to explore Central Oregon from. It’s a two story guest house attached to the garage. You’ll have privacy and your own outdoor space to relax in! We're on five gorgeous acres off the beaten path with incredible views. It's a 10min drive to Brasada Ranch, 12min to the airport, 30min drive to Bend, 10min drive to Prineville, 15min drive to Redmond and about 45 minutes to Sisters. Highly recommended for people who are active and want to spend the day out and about and return to a comfortable quiet country home. You'll have full access to the entire guest house and patio area. No access to fenced-in backyard. We're just next door - so readily available for as much or as little interaction as you'd like. Very quiet neighborhood with amazing views. The silence at night is deafening, and it's incredibly relaxing to return to the area after a busy day out and about. You'd need a car to get to and from the property due to it's central location - about 12 minutes from the Redmond Airport (where conveniently, they rent cars). Recommend hitting the grocery store before you arrive to our place - just to save you the return trip to Redmond. We have one dog who is indoor/outdoors - and a very enthusiastic greeter. The fenced area is off-limits, but we have 3 acres behind the guest house for you to explore freely if you so desire. This whole property is non-smoking: Inside the guest house, outside the guest house or anywhere on our property.
