This newly built cabin is a great value. It Features a queen bed, covered veranda with private deck, a private 3 piece bath(Shower only), fireplace, flat screen TV with cable, A/C, private BBQ, fridge, microwave and fan. unlimited Free Wifi. This cabin can accommodate a cot for a third person if needed. Newly built private cabin plus private bathroom, picnic area with firepit and BBQ's. 1 minute drive to the lake! Most of our guests are looking to experience nature at its best. While we are happy to chat, provide tips and are available if needed, we try to give our guests as much space as possible to fully enjoy the serenity of nature. We are the closest accommodation to Algonquin Provincial Park. Located in Whitney On, just 4km from the East Gate Entrance, Algonquin is the land of many lakes and rivers. Its home to abundant wildlife, 14 hiking trails, two museums, bike trails and more. Whitney is the best starting point for a trip to Algonquin Park. It features 3 motels, 1 B&B, 2 gas stations, 3 restaurants, liquor store, grocery store, tourist shops and a outfitters. There is great fishing here and an awesome beach! Parking is free. Park Bus is available if you would like to travel here with public transit. Take the Opeongo lake stop and contact Opeongo outfitters for a short shuttle ride into Whitney We own 3 motels and one bed and breakfast.
