Challis guesthouse option #2

We live in a quiet ranching neighborhood. There are views of the red bluffs and beautiful mountains. The area is known for its fishing, hunting, hiking, hot springs, rock hounding, and horseback riding. This guest house would be perfect to meet the guys at and hunt by day, and tell stories by the wood stove in the evening. Or maybe the family would join you, but relax, read books, and watch movies while you fish. If you love the outdoors you will love Challis. Our guest house is priced with 1 bedroom that sleeps 5. Queen size hide abed couch available also(request for bedding to be provided). 1 bathroom and a small kitchen should work for all you needs. The bathroom, living room and kitchen are down stairs, the bedroom and a small reading room are upstairs. There are two additional bedrooms available for additional cost. Message if interested. We train horses and dogs to do ranch work. The guest house is on the end of the training arena. Only items in the guest house are available for your use. Please get permission before using the arena, or washer and dryer in the dog grooming shop. We want to respect your privacy. But will be friendly and informative. So please feel free to ask questions. Because this is a working facility you can expect that you will hear the trainer and animals working. You are welcome to quietly watch, and ask questions when convenient for the trainer. Riding lessons or stock dog training lessons may be available. Please inquire. We live in a quiet ranching neighborhood. The river is close, but there is no access from our house. You will love the variety of wild life in the Challis area deer, elk, sandhill cranes, eagles, hawks, owls, big horn sheep, antelope, coyotes, & foxes. You will need a car. But preferably if you want to visit mountain lakes, a 4 wheel drive would be best. Maybe 4 wheelers, mountain bikes, or horses to take you places less traveled. Being a training facility we have a variety of animals on site. These all have their place, but sometimes are known to break out.
