There is a small back yard with a BBQ and patio set + peaceful atrium with a bench perfect for morning coffee and to sit and relax. This home is just down the street from Memorial Hospital, minutes away from Doctors Hospital; it's a perfect location for traveling nurses or someone who is visiting someone in the hospital. The home is just around the corner walking distance there is Save Mart, a gas station, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Rite Aid pharmacy and some places to eat and shop, and the best yogurt place Yogurt Mill; I highly recommend the salted caramel! 2 Starbucks within 2 min drive. Beautiful Street located in Naragi Lakes well established neighborhood. Bus stop just down the street. No smoking of any kind or drugs allowed in or on the premises. There is a $250 remediation charge for smoking in the house or garage. Portable crib available with advanced notice. Property comes nicely stocked with dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamer and sugar. Full sized stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. On the back of the i-home radio there is a place to plug your cell phone in. Trash is Tuesday morning and also the landscaper comes and does the yard. The gym is a 5 minute walk or head over to Rivets on Oakdale road for some beers and sports watching.
