Large room on horse ranch near Malibu beaches

Visit our beautiful gardens, horses and goats with access to all Los Angeles attractions, beaches and the lovely Santa Monica Mountains recreation areas and wineries. This is a lovely room on a hobby ranch in Agoura, California. We are 15 miles from the fabulous beaches of Malibu, and even closer to the new and exciting Malibu Wine region which features twenty two wineries in the Santa Monica Mountains just above the beaches. We have a number of horses at our ranch and can accommodate you for a leisurely ride in the National Park, which is just at our doorstep. Hot tub. Parking on site. Cabin style home on hill set back from the road with some walking required to get to our front door. Coffee is available at breakfast. I will also help you plan your day with with directions to the prime spots such as Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, Hollywood and Disneyland or wine tasting tickets and restaurant reservations at insider restaurants that are tucked away and still undiscovered. This is a rural location in a green belt. Agoura is a small town of 40,000 people. We have a movie theatre and several good restaurants but plan to drive to any of the attractions. No public transit available nearby. Our home sits in the middle of national park land. There are horses all around. Horseback riding is available here at the ranch for an additional cost. Just taking a long walk in the neighborhood is fun! Several of my neighbors breed horses such as Gypsy Vanners, Morgans and Endurance horses. Look at our location on the map and you will see we are convenient to all the major attractions. You will have use of the kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking is on property. Hot tub and gardens are for your use. I will be available to help you with whatever you need while you are here. This is a large room with an ensuite bath overlooking a beautiful garden. The space is quiet and peaceful with the occasional howling of coyotes and the neighing of our horses. We live in a rural area within walking distance of horse ranches, hiking trails and parks. You will need a car. There is a bus nearby but Southern California is not known for its public transportation. We are in the middle of a drought so we ask you to be careful with water usage and limit the length of showers. No smoking in the house.
