Private Studio with Kitchen

COVID-19: Units will be blocked after stays for safe cleaning following all cleaning recommendations. We will be keeping in person interactions to a minimum. Studio Unit #1, with own entrance attached to main house separated by mud room. Short Drive to Canton (10 min) and Potsdam (20min). TV, Amazon Prime, & HBO. Church and Char's Restaurant and Bar close by. No Pets, NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE OR OUT. Cats live on the property. Access is generally limited to the inside space. If you would like to partake in the outdoor space please consult us. Should you be outside, please be dressed in decent attire. We may or may not be available in person during your stay. We have toddlers and run a Photography business along side our regular full time jobs. We are generally available by text and will respond to any potential needs in a timely manner. M-F 8-4:30 our responses may be delayed due to our full time work responsibilities. We will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible and help you out in any way we can during your stay with us. It is in a small rural hamlet. Two story houses near by. There is no public transportation. Parking is free and right next to the space. Please let us know if you plan on needing parking for more than one vehicle or have a trailer or over-sized vehicle. Amazon Prime, Paramount+, & Hulu account setup on it or use your own Netflix. Light switch by door is for porch light. Double switches behind the door for overhead light.
