Charming Private Suite with Spectacular Water View

This secluded home in Sea Cliff, with separate entrance and bathroom, offers spectacular water views. This room has a comfortable queen size bed, a small table and a large flat-screen TV. An alcove off the bedroom has a single bed and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. Easy walking distance to charming shops and restaurants. There are several flights of stairs down to the house and up to the room. Three night minimum. Vaccinated guests only please. Get to your private entry by walking across a deck that will be yours for your stay. Walk up one flight of stairs past a wardrobe. In the bedroom you will find: A table for eating or working A large flat-screen TV with cable In an adjacent alcove you will find A full private bathroom, A refrigerator stocked with water, soft drinks, juices and milk. You can request additional items (wine, fruit, yogurt, etc.) in our communications before your arrival. A kitchenette with o a mini-fridge, o a microwave oven, o a coffee maker o a toaster oven The suite is in a residential home. It is self-contained and the entire area is for the private use of guests. The listing options make it difficult to describe the space. There is only one bedroom, but there is an alcove adjacent to the main bedroom that contains the kitchenette, full bathroom and a single bed. The house is literally built into the cliff providing us with unobstructed water views and privacy. The down side is that there are several flights of stairs between our parking area and the house, and then another flight up to the suite. If you have any mobility issues, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, you can easily walk to town from the house where you will find nice restaurants and shops. My husband David and I are retired and usually available. We will be here to help with check in and to provide information about the area. Check in and check out times are flexible. If we happen to be out we can be reached by phone or text. The house is on a cliff overlooking the Long Island Sound. It is within easy walking distance to the quaint and beautiful Victorian Village of Sea Cliff with its cozy coffee shop, welcoming restaurants and charming shops. Walk through the beautiful residential streets or along the board walk to the beach where you can swim, rent kayaks, paddle boards or bikes. Listen to live music at the Sunset Serenade in a nearby park on Thursday nights or at the Sea Cliff Beach on Friday nights. Sea Cliff Beach (Website hidden by Airbnb) has a cafe and many tables with umbrellas for a leisurely weekend brunch. There are several long flights of steps to get down to our house and then another narrow flight of stairs up to the suite. So if anyone has mobility issues, this might not be a good place for you. Otherwise, you will love it The Sea Cliff LIRR station is a little more than a mile away. We can make arrangements to pick you up at the station. An excellent grocery store with a tasty variety of cheeses and deli items is a mile walk through the village or an easy drive. You can easily spend a delightful weekend without ever needing a car. We can provide free parking on our property or free public parking within a block's distance from our house. We will meet guests to help find the best parking solution. Regrettably, the house is not handicapped accessible due to several stairways in and outside the house.
