Friendly in the suburbs

very quiet home , friendly host, privacy is well maintained , room on the upper level , comfortable .modern furniture . My home is in a very quiet neighborhood in the suburbs of Braintree Mass . We are close to the subway 5 mins walk , shopping plaza, restaurant and the mall . It is nice attractive place with back yard patio and a 55 gallon fish tank in our enclosed porch area that we spend time relaxing just watching the fishes swimming along peacefully. Guest are allow to use the laundry, kitchen , living room . I do when home try to have a conversation as to how everything is for them and general about any interest they have Subway We have a few on street parking never Any issue, subway Uber services We are a friendly host but does keep a low profile as in to give private space
