You can roam the 23 acres and discover birds, amphibians, reptiles, trees and wildflowers. Or just sit on the deck and listen to the wind in the trees and the spring peepers and whippoorwills in the spring. About an hour from Hocking Hills, but only 5 to 15 minutes to kayaking, great southern Ohio hills, hiking, canoeing, shopping, restaurants, and the like. Only 5 miles from the center of Chillicothe where you can find history and shopping. Beautiful cathedral ceiling and windows everywhere give you plenty of light and air and great views of the forest and wildlife. The wraparound deck gives you plenty of spaces to be outdoors without hiking and space for you to spread out and observe the quietude and wildlife. You have exclusive access to the entire main living space of the house and all 23 acres. The lower area of the house is under construction and is not available.
