There are to be no overnight guests not originally registered for the booking. 2. Infants and Children: We love children and want you to know that they are more than welcome as our guests. Please let us know in advance the ages of all children and whether you have any special needs. 3. Child Safety: Please note the space is NOT guaranteed to be baby proof or childproof. Please inspect the space when you first arrive and move any choking hazards out of your child's reach, watch them around the walkway stairs and around electrical outlets. It is your responsibility to watch your children at all times. 4. Pets: We love animals and are open to most pets. If you plan on bringing a pet please let us know in advance. They count as a registered guest. 5. No Smoking: Please note, this is strictly a non-smoking rental. If you are a cigarette, pot or any other kind of smoker, this may not be the right place for you. You may NOT smoke inside or outside of the home. If we smell any smoke in the home when you leave, we will keep your deposit plus charge you any additional cleaning fees to get the smoke smell out. 6. General Guidelines & Reminders: i. Feel free to enjoy the space, but please be considerate of neighbors and listen to movies or music at a respectful volume. ii. Please turn off all lights, TVs, fans, AC, heater and lock the door when you leave the house. iii. No use of spray tan or self-tanner in the home. It stains the sheets and towels and gets on the furniture. (Feel free to do your tanning prior to arrival.) iv. No burning of incense or fragrant candles. The smell lingers and may be an issue for the next guests. v. No flushing of sanity napkins and wet wipes. Please place them in the trash can. We want to ensure that a plumbing problem does not disrupt your enjoyable stay. 7. Liability: The owners of the home do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests' use and occupancy of the vacation rental, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to visit the premise. 8. Damage: Accidents happen. If you or your guests break anything it is your responsibility to notify us so that we can replace it. If you notify us we do not hold it against you in your review and we can easily arrange compensation or replacement through Airbnb's phone App. 9. The cleaning fee is for a standard cleaning only. If the home was left in poor condition and additional cleaning is required, fees will be charged to Tenants credit card on file at the rate of $50 per hour. A $75 fee will be charged for each TV or Air Conditioner remote control that is damaged or not left at the Property upon check-out. 10. Most of all, please treat the home as if it were your own. 11. It’s a great space. We want you to relax and enjoy yourselves while you are here. We are excited to show you our favorite part of Westchester!
