All new private room with private entry. The farmhouse was built in 1887, and resides in the picturesque neighborhood of Crafton, 3 miles from the city of Pittsburgh. Great location for all downtown Pittsburgh venues, with free parking, close access to public transportation. Beautiful old farmhouse with newly remodeled private room in a nice neighborhood. Many period antiques in my home. Lots of pretty old houses in Crafton. Community. You have full access to the kitchen if you like. Nearby hiking trails are accessible by walking out the door. The downstairs bedroom is all new, has private entry, private full bath and is next to a an outdoor patio with a grill. Seating for 8 on patio. Free off street parking. Near public transportation and busway, convenient to all downtown Pittsburgh venues. The upstairs bedroom shares a bathroom in the hallway. Please contact me in advance if you need an additional room. Price is based on two guests in one room. I live in the house with two indoor/outdoor cats. I work a lot, so I am not home much. I have my own private room, and my own bathroom. You are welcome to use the kitchen. There is a stocked coffee cart in your room. Bottled water, coffee, tea, etc..I am always happy to make you breakfast or larger quantities of coffee. Just let me know your dietary needs. I usually have eggs, juice, toast available for guests. Beautiful big back and side yard. Many flowers in spring and summer. Fresh fruit in July and August. Lots of hiking nearby since the home is situated .25 miles from Chartiers Creek. Everything in private room is new, Queen size bed, carpet, bathroom. The west busway is 3 blocks from my house. Goes to all points downtown Pittsburgh There are two cats, but they come and go- they are not restricted to the house, and you can easily block them from your room in the home. I have allergies, so the house is very clean, and you would never even know they are here.
