Central air conditioning, free high speed internet and free unlimited long distance calling to U.S. & Canada. Bedding is 1 King and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. 1100 sq ft Minimum 4 night rental. There is a $215.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge. 17.42% state taxes added to all rates.
