Renovations of this newly renovated wonderful ocean view 2 bedroom Golf Villa in Kapalua were completed December 2012. Custom granite, cabinets and tile flooring. Golf, tennis, beach, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Central air conditioning, high definition TV"s and wireless high speed internet. Bedding is 1 Cal King, 2 twins that can be made into a king, and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. 4 night minimum stay. There is a $305.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge. 17.42% State Taxes added to all rates. GET/TAT # 015-159-7056-01 The Golf Villa pools are open to Owners and Guests of The Golf Villas only, no off-site guests at this time until further notice.   Please remember that The Golf Villas is attempting to follow CDC recommended guidelines.   The following is a list of recommended guidelines for your use and enjoyment of The Golf Villa pools and BBQs. ~ Masks and social distancing (6 Ft. between non-familial groups) is required when in common pool and BBQ areas. ~ No more than 2 people (one at each BBQ) in the BBQ area at a time ~ No large groups or pool parties with off-site guests but individuals from the same household (10 people or less) may stay together. ~ Lounge chairs and tables will be at the required 6 ft. distancing.  Please do not move them. ~Anyone in Quarantine is prohibited from entering the pools. ~ Please do not enter the pool areas if you are experiencing any symptoms which include but are not limited to: fever of 100 degrees of more, sore throat, runny    nose, chills, sneezing and coughing.
