All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. 17.42% state taxes added to all rates.  GET/TAT # 203-048-6528-01 The Golf Villa pools are open to Owners and Guests of The Golf Villas only, no off-site guests at this time until further notice.   Please remember that The Golf Villas is attempting to follow CDC recommended guidelines.   The following is a list of recommended guidelines for your use and enjoyment of The Golf Villa pools and BBQs. ~ Masks and social distancing (6 Ft. between non-familial groups) is required when in common pool and BBQ areas. ~ No more than 2 people (one at each BBQ) in the BBQ area at a time ~ No large groups or pool parties with off-site guests but individuals from the same household (10 people or less) may stay together. ~ Lounge chairs and tables will be at the required 6 ft. distancing.  Please do not move them. ~Anyone in Quarantine is prohibited from entering the pools. ~ Please do not enter the pool areas if you are experiencing any symptoms which include but are not limited to: fever of 100 degrees of more, sore throat, runny    nose, chills, sneezing and coughing.
