This apt has one bedroom, private bathroom, private kitchen/living room open concept. Also has an amazing location within only 5 minutes walk to downtown Bobcaygeon and the local small public beach. 1. The unit is suitable for 2 people. 2. Not suitable for infants & children. 3. Bed linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own towels for swimming and sunbathing. 4. There is a parking space available for this suite. 5. Our location has a rocky lake surface which allows you to calm down in the water but you are unable to swim around. There is a boat rental store across the street. 6. Unfortunately, we DO NOT allow pets in this unit. 7. Smoking is permitted outdoor. Second and third floor apartments are rented by airbnb guests and have common hall and stairs.
