The house can comfortably accommodate a group of friends or multiple families with 2 living spaces, multiple dining spaces at the house and boathouse, a fully finished lower level with kitchenette, game room and walkout to lakeside patio area. Upper lakeside covered porch with lovely lake views to enjoy some amazing sunsets. Home is situated on a flat, private and scenic lot with 221 feet of shoreline and a private beach areas. Boathouse with sundeck, covered dock sitting area, wet bar and jet ski lifts. Kayaks and a canoe are available for use. Deep water too. Private community boat ramp is a stone’s throw away. Restricted Neighborhood. Close to Marina and Main Lake. Close to local conveniences. There is something for everyone to love at Wine Down!!! Additional House Details: - Sat-Sat rental for bookings between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Other times of the year, there is a three night minimum. - The HOA closely monitors the number of people staying in the house. If you have more people staying in the house than have been approved in your booking, there may be an additional per person fee assessed.
