Complete Amherst studio apartment

We have a quiet place located in the busiest Suburb of WNY. It is nestled in 2.5 acres of wooded nature with a small garden in the middle. We are located in Amherst N.Y. between the very busy shopping districts of Transit Rd and Niagara Falls Blvd. This self contained private and efficient apartment is nestled in 2.5 acres of woodland habitat in the busiest suburb in western New York. Seven minutes drive to the Buffalo airport and University at Buffalo's north campus. It is minutes away from busy shopping districts and the Walden Galleria mall* (*17 minutes drive 10 mi/16km). You WILL need a CAR. It is a short trip to downtown Buffalo (14 miles/23 km. 30 mins by car) and Niagara Falls (24 mi/40km. 40mins if no traffic, by car). Minutes (7 to 30) drive to all of the Western New York attractions; the Falls, the sports,food and music venues, the academics, the galleries and the Lakes. Wine and ski countries are within an hour drive. The apartment is very clean and simple, with all the amenities - a separate entrance and plenty of parking. A queen size bed can accommodate two. The pull out sofa adds more options. Art filled walls adorn a bedroom/living area, and a kitchen/dining area.. The shower bathroom with full sized washer and dryer are a great convenience for keeping things clean. We are here to help you with your journey and over joyed to meet new people. You have the option for complete privacy, peace and quiet or are most welcomed to share with us your stories and questions. Your choice. We can cook wonderful meals as well should you chose to share a meal or two. We are also a registered "natural wildlife habitat". A program set up by the National Wildlife Federation to help people promote natural native habitats in their own backyards. With 2.5 acres here we are home to so many birds and wildlife. A birders delight. Everyday you will find almost every bird that visits western ny. With the exception of the days when our resident hawk is sitting in the trees. At those times the other birds tend to run away. I know I would! Note: yes Gerry and I have a dog (SlipperyPete) and two cats . BUT, and this is a big "but", they never ever enter the apartment. The cozy studio apartment is a complete separate unit and it is very animal free. No dander, no hair, no snifly noses and no watery eyes. You will have a self contained apartment with private entrance and your own driveway for convenient off street parking. I take my cues from my guests. They can have complete solitude or they can socialize and visit us anywhere in our home, their apartment or the garden outdoors. I encourage people to enjoy their stay just as they dream to. It is SUBURBAN. It is quiet and it is very safe. Yes- the car is a must! Walking and getting around on foot will require a healthy pair of legs and a lot of patience. It can be done but you will find yourself the only ones on the sidewalks. But again it can be done. Transit Rd. is Extremely limited to pedestrians. Taxi's could help. Again walking to stores is long, rare and limited! Public transportation is barely existing, with very limited convenience. Without a car will probably feel stuck here. You will have a Queen Sized bed.
