Clean home, spacious, and welcoming atmosphere. * 2 minutes from Oakdale Mall, Wegmans, DD, shops and restaurants. * 3 miles from downtown Binghamton... plenty of nightlife, shopping and restaurants. * Minutes from Binghamton University, and SUNY Broome. Spacious bedroom and living space. Large/comfortable bathroom with double sinks adjacent to bedroom. Use of kitchen. Street parking in front of the house is available... no fee. Bedroom, bathroom and den are private for guests. Shared living spaces available are kitchen and large living/family room. Laundry is available at additional fee. We love to visit but will also respect the privacy of those who want a quiet stay. Quiet remote neighborhood with plenty of parking space. Easy access to Rt. 81 and Rt. 17/86 Unfortunately, due to allergies we are NOT able to welcome pets.
