Beautifully finished basement in new home with private entrance through garage. The space includes a private bathroom with a gorgeous shower, a large bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a 58" TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and table. Just finished, brand new basement apartment. The space features radiant floor heat for comfort and all the amenities needed to make for an excellent retreat. The small details make a difference. You will find everything you need to get comfortable after an exciting or relaxing day in the mountains. This spot is an outdoor enthusiasts paradise. My house is one of the closest to Eldora, about an 8 minute drive. There is also a neighborhood "social" trail that leads to the West Magnolia trail system that starts right at the corner of the driveway. The West Magnolia trail system is ideal for mountain biking and snowshoeing. I have a bike tuning stand as well as a ski tuning bench that are available upon request. (Website hidden by Airbnb) The house is also a short 5 minute walk into downtown Nederland along concrete sidewalks. Also, the RTD bus stop is just across the highway, only a one minute walk away. This space is super cozy and filled with photography and artwork. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to display artwork by Phil Lewis (Website hidden by Airbnb) Phil has a gallery on Pearl St. in Boulder and has agreed to display some of his work in my Airbnb. This is a basement apartment. Although it is very comfortable and well appointed the natural daylight is limited to a couple of windows. This space is best suited to those who plan to be active during the day and are looking for a deluxe place to unwind at night. It should be noted that although the house is right in town on a maintained road, 4 wheel drive or good snow tires are recommended in the winter. There is a slight grade leading up to the house and without the proper equipment on your vehicle it may be necessary to park about 300 from the house and walk up. Please, if this is the case, do block any driveways. I also have a plow and maintain the access above and beyond what the town does. Guests have access to the basement apartment only. I am happy to give local advise to guests when I am home. Please feel free to reach out to me to ask questions. But, if prefer, you can have complete privacy in the apartment.
