The neighborhood is ideal, very peaceful and quiet. Walking distance from shopping, dining and assorted retail. Location is ideal and close to all venues; CHI Center, Ballparks, Ice Rinks and more. Trails and State parks in close proximity. Uber/Lyft are pretty regular in this subdivision. Public transportation is out-of-route. Several car rental agencies within 10 minutes of property.
