Napili Lani is a residential condominium complex located at the Napili Kai Resort consisting of 37 units, all privately owned. Napili Lani is not Napili Kai Beach Club.  It is a privately owned residential complex. Since the resort does not manage this unit, you are NOT allowed to use their facilities except for our upper pool and grills. This unit is a direct ocean front, two bedroom, two bath condo just steps away from a beautiful white sand beach with clear water, great swimming, snorkeling and fabulous sunsets. This unit has one king size bed, two twin beds and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy cooking meals in this fully equipped kitchen, that features granite counter tops, cabinets, and full-size kitchen appliances. Enjoy eating at the dining table facing the ocean! In the living room, you will find comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors! Free wireless high-speed internet, ceiling fans and central AC throughout the condo. 1200 square feet. Minimum 4 night stay. There is a $275.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dryer sheet, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap and more! This unit has two beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and a cooler for your stay. Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made 30 days before arrival will get full deposit cancellation minus a $100 cancellation fee and if cancellation made inside 30 days, will not get refunded.
