Modern renovated Boathouse getaway right on the water. one bedroom and bath. The boathouse is RIGHT ON water with 180 degree views of Cayuga lake. Private setting with only one neighbor 40 feet away. Cottage has fully equipped kitchen with cozy living area, and one bathroom. We are off carbon, we heat and cool through sustainable electric sourcing. In the summer we hang dry sheets and towels to get the freshest smell possible. All materials and products are organic and sustainable. Cottage community with many year round residents. Can walk to the corner store, or drive to Seneca Falls town center a few minute drive away.
