Welcome to our “Ohana Villa” located near beautiful Napili Bay on the island of Maui.  We have made magical memories with our Ohana (family) at Napili Bay and we are sure you will too! Designed with vintage Hawaiian style you are sure to feel the aloha the moment you step inside.  The Residences at Napili Bay is a private gated community of sixteen townhomes located across the street from Napili Bay.   The kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals! Features granite countertops, full size stainless steel appliances and beautiful cabinetry! Enjoy meals together inside at the lovely dining table, or on the shaded lanai which features a gas grill and large deck. Stay cool on those warmer days with ceiling fans and central AC throughout the condo. The living room area features a stylish comfortable sectional couch and the 75 inch smart TV ready for family movie nights!  There is also a 1/2 bath on the main floor.   Upstairs you will find three well-appointed bedrooms all with top of the line Tempur-Pedic mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep. In the primary bedroom you’ll rest comfortably in a Cal King bed and enjoy an ensuite with dual shower heads and large dressing area. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and plenty of closet space for your stay.  Bedroom three is furnished with 2 twin beds.  The upstairs bathroom has been upgraded to a walk-in shower with high end finishes.    In the two car garage you will find a washer and dryer for you convenience as well as some beach supplies for your enjoyment.    Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dryer sheet, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap and more! This unit has two beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and a cooler for your stay. Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made 30 days before arrival will get full deposit cancellation minus a $100 cancellation fee and if cancellation made inside 30 days, will not get refunded. 1435 sq ft. Minimum 4 night stay. There is a $360.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge. 17.42% State Taxes added to all rates.
