Complete renovations in this terrace-level (no stairs!) villa were completed late 2013. Walls were taken down to bare studs and everything was replaced. The owners had one thing in mind - make it their home away from home. In that quest they hired the best contractor, designer, and insisted on top of the line everything. Overlooking the 11th fairway on the world famous Kapalua Bay Golf Course, this villa includes the best of everything with great views toward the neighbor islands of Lanai and Molokai. Furniture sourced from top manufacturers and the kitchen was built with the gourmet chef in mind. This floor plan has one of the largest partially covered lanai's at the Golf Villas. The indoor dining table is custom made from reclaimed wood. The lanai has cafe height table & swivel chairs for dining outdoors and plenty of room for sunning on the teak loungers or just taking in the magnificent views. Both bathrooms have granite counters, custom tiled walk-in waterfall showers, Kohler sinks and fixtures. Air conditioning is provided by an incredibly efficient and quiet SEER 17 system with separate controls in each room. Sliding glass doors access the lanai from living area and bedroom, both have custom Averte vertical shades with black-out lining. A dedicated covered parking space is yours, just steps away from entry doors. Free unlimited calling to the U.S. and Canada and free high speed wireless internet. 1100 sq ft Minimum 4 night rental. The bedding is a King bed and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a $215.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge. 17.42% state taxes added to all rates.
