This beautiful two-story home is just a few steps to the lake with amazing nature views.The spacious open concept living room, dining room, and gourmet kitchen are very accommodating for gatherings. The walkout to the patio and garden are perfect for morning coffee. An all year round fire pit is also available for those late nights at the water’s edge. With its 4 bedrooms, vast living room space and lake views, this home is the ideal setting for relaxing family gatherings. Visit the national historic site of Canada Lock 32, built more than 160 years ago. Lock 32 was the first lock built on the Trent-Severn Waterway. Boaters can find a variety of facilities and services nearby. Spend the day exploring our many unique shops or wine and dine at our friendly pubs and restaurants.
