Private, well-lit room in a family home, located very near to UConn and well known restaurants such as Margarita's restaurant and Willington Pizza. At the UCONN campus, you will find a variety of restaurants, shops, library and even a puppetry museum. Great place for graduate students, business travelers, couples, and anyone who is visiting the area, desires a nice work/study space, or wants to relax after a busy day. It has the amenities that you'd expect such as a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator in the common room, closet, and high speed Internet in the bedroom. Downstairs bathroom, laundry room (2 uses per +3 day stay) and common room (all conveniently close to the bedroom) We enjoy interacting, and are happy to share our home with you! We will be available for information or requests anytime, either in-person or via messaging. Long term rental can be considered, feel free to ask if you have any questions. Enjoy the quiet, countryside fresh air, close to the UCONN campus, and its colorful downtown. Newly built with a variety of restaurants and entertainment for you to explore.
