Beautiful top floor of a two story 1800's building right on Main Street and with downtown charm. Two big bedrooms and a large living room with original flare and great natural light. Don't forget the well appointed kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and mudroom. Your apartment can be accessed from both Main Street as well as a private entrance in the back near your reserved parking spot. Covered deck overlooking Main Street, walk everywhere! Newly furnished and styled. Close to Stowe! Apartment is accessed via internal stairway from the front or outside stairway from the back. There is no elevator! Apartment is the entire second level and above a hair salon. You have a large unheated mudroom at the top of the stairs in the back where you can store your skis, boards, kayaks, SUPs and bikes! I own the business downstairs and am on property a few days a week. I am almost always available via phone. We have so many great businesses as our neighbors! Right next door we have a specialty donut shop, a pizzeria, and a coffee shop! Across the street there's a mexican restaurant and the best sandwich shop around! We have a great natural food co-op, a library, post office, bank and so much more within walking distance! There are three breweries in town, Rock Art, Lost Nation, and Ten Bends. We are also super close to Oxbow park, and the Vermont Rail trail. A quick 5 minute drive to Lake Elmore State Park or 13 minutes to Green River Reservoir State Park. We are only 13 minutes by car from the center of Stowe and 26 minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort! To access your private parking spot you will pass the building (going North on 100) and go to four way stop. Take a right on Congress Street and then another right on Union. Fifth drive on the right will bring you to the back of the building. Look for the brown building with an "L" shaped exterior staircase. Your parking spot will be marked. Alternatively you can pull down the alley between the Pizza place and Donut shop and take a right. We are the second building on the right. Street parking is available during the day, but cars need to be moved around back at night. There is only one designated spot for this apartment. You make park elsewhere as long as cars are moved by 9:30am when we arrive to work. The Vermont Rail trail goes right through town where you can walk, run or bike from town to town! It's so beautiful and an awesome way to experience the area. Our favorite local brewery Lost Nation is right on the path! Rent bikes from Chuck's bikes or PowerPlay sports both within walking distance! Our favorite local eats and bar is Black Diamond Barbecue, an easy five stars and an even easier five minute drive.
