SPAC, the Race Track, and the historic downtown are all within 3 miles. The only parts of the house that are not accessible are the garage and the basement. I give my guests as much space as they need. I am available by text or phone if they need suggestions or if they have questions or concerns. Evergreen Point is a small and quiet neighborhood located just outside of downtown Saratoga Springs. It is close enough to the action but yet feels so far away. You would never think while relaxing on the back patio that you are only 3 miles from downtown and 1 mile from SPAC.
