Modern Farmhouse Studio

This listing is for an above the garage studio. Kitchenette has a mini fridge, toaster oven, and coffee maker. This is not a full size kitchen. Does not have a stove. Smart TV for you to sign into Netflix, prime or Hulu. No TV subscription. One queen bed. One full size mattress on the floor in a nook. Fits 2 adults and 2 kids nicely or 3 adults. I provide a few snacks with coffee & tea. Come and enjoy the quiet country life! Our family has 2 outside cats, and 2 indoor/outdoor dogs. Private room above garage with private entrance. Guests are welcome to walk around the yard and visit the animals. Chairs and hammock in the backyard guests are welcome to use. We are usually home and happy to answer any questions. We have 4 kids, you may hear them playing outside. 30 minutes to Tryon Equestrian Center. 30 minutes to SPARTANBURG. 12 minutes to LANDRUM. 25 minutes to (GSP) Greenville Spartanburg Airport. 45 mins to downtown GREENVILLE. 1 hour to ASHEVILLE, NC. 1 mile from our home is Holston Creek Park. It offers a soccer field, baseball field, disk golf course, playground, and a 3 mile mountain bike trail. The garage is attached to our home but the suite has its own private entrance. If you need an iron, just ask and I’ll put one in the room.
