I've had a roommate live down there for years.. But yes, it a basement apt 95% finished basement space ++ Shower isn't fancy, it's like a gym shower ++ Curtains between 2 of the rooms [ not doors ] ++ I decided to not finish the ceiling on one of the rooms, it would have lowered ceiling to much. On ABB 5 stars doesn't necessarily mean " fancy " it means an accuratly described space, delivered clean, to a well informed guest... I say this because we host many first time guests, and we feel educating guests on how hosting works is all hosts duties.
