Silva Bay House

Sitting on the edge of Silva Bay, our home offers stunning views of the harbour, including docks, boats at anchor and the surrounding islands. The expansive deck at the front of the house leads down to our private dock. Our post and beam home offers a warm atmosphere and traditional country living. There are 2 bed rooms , individually priced . The Main Floor , beautiful Deck off the living room , and surrounding grounds. We live in the house , and have 2 guest rooms. We live upstairs. Hospitality is what we are all about . We are right in Silva Bay . Looking across the marina , and local Islands . There are trails and walking paths straight out of our home . Just a few steps from our Home you can jump on the Islands "Gertie " Bus . They have a schedule . There are also Bikes , Scooters available on the Island to rent . We have 2 guest rooms , each room $140 per night for minimum 2 nights, in May and June . .Long weekends 3 nights minimum.And prices in July and August is $165 per night
