Suite by the K

One bedroom suite with private entrance on a small hobby farm. We are next to the rail trail which will take you down to the river or into Keremeos. We are a 35 minute drive from Penticton and a 30 minute drive from Osoyoos. We do have some livestock and dogs on the property but separate from the guest area. We have a working livestock guardian dog on property and she will bark as it is her job. We live on the property and are happy to answer any questions or make recommendations for the area. Our suite is equipped with a kitchen stocked with a range/oven, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, cookware and dishes. The bedroom has a window mount air conditioning unit. We can be as available as you desire. We are happy to text, call, or talk in person to answer any questions and to make sure you have what you need. We are also happy to give you complete privacy. We are close to numerous wineries and cideries. Surrounded by orchards and vineyards, Keremeos is known for it’s many fruit stands. Apex mountain and Mount Baldy are close by for the winter enthusiast. Having your own vehicle is a necessity if you want to tour around. Our working livestock guardian dog may bark night and day. It is her job to protect our animals. Livestock Guardian dogs are free thinkers and preventing them from barking is not desirable as their barking keeps predators away.
