Charming 2 BR / 2 BA get away

This is a listing for 2 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. Room 1 "Lovely private bdrm suite" can be rented separately. Room 2 is only rented with Room 1 for people traveling together. Our house is located in a quiet wooded area accessible only by car. Our bedroom is at the opposite end of the house from the two guest rooms, this provides everyone with privacy and ease to come and go as you wish. We have one cat, however she never has access to the guest bedrooms. There is WiFi throughout the house and a smart TV in bedroom 1 with premium Cable, Netflix and/or your own personal streaming provider. Bedroom 1 (listed as “Lovely, private bedroom suite”) is located on the first floor. It is airy and uncluttered with a queen size bed and quality linens, choice of pillows, and a private bathroom. There are toiletries, a small refrigerator, an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Bedroom 2 is located on the second floor in the same wing of the house as Bedroom 1. This room has a queen size bed with private bathroom and a view of the garden. We are happy to welcome you through the front door. There is also a side entrance you can use at your convenience. We ask that you use the side door when returning after 9PM. Enjoy breakfast in the family room or if weather permitting on the patio. If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Extended stay guests have access to a washer-dryer. JP is often around the house and happy to offer assistance as needed. We have welcomed guests and travelers to our home from all over the world and different walks of life. We enjoy all that comes with being hosts - meeting new people, sharing stories and interests, learning about different ways of life and doing what we can to make all feel welcomed and comfortable. Our home is set in a lovely residential community with no street lights or traffic noise, Instead there are lots of trees and plenty of wildlife. If you are touring schools, visiting during family weekend or celebrating graduation we are within 10 miles to many universities including Regis, Brandeis, Bentley and Babson. Driving to Boston (outside of rush hour) is approximately 30 minutes by car or commuter rail. It is a short drive to picturesque Concord where you can visit Louisa May Alcott's and Emerson’s homes, walk through Minute Man National Historical Park and enjoy creative “farm to table” dining. Other favorites are the DeCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln, Grist Millpond at Longfellow’s Wayside Inn (beautiful photo op) in Sudbury and Garden in the Woods in Framingham. Our home is approximately 15 minutes from the Mass. Turnpike (I-90), I-95/128 and Route 9. You will need a car to access our home as there is no public transportation in the town of Wayland. The drive to Boston takes approximately 30 minutes or use the commuter rail which is only 10 minutes away in Lincoln.
