Fully licensed; Permit No. ZTRHP (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Our house is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood conveniently located near I39/90 and the Dane Co airport yet only 10 minutes from downtown. Uber/Lyft is easily accessible and we are on a bike path that connects to several other city bike paths. Guests will have full access to the private lower level, driveway and our scenic backyard. We have a pond/patio area that is great for reading or having a drink and socializing. We do have 1 dog that is not allowed into the space and a very friendly 3-legged cat who is our official greeter. Our 4 chickens free range in our backyard and love to meet guests. The lower level consists of a small rec room with HDTV and WiFi, chaise lounge chair and love seat and vintage Pepsi machine (yes, it still works). The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is closet space for storage. The bathroom is connected and includes shower/tub. A coffee station is provided and includes coffee pot, filters, coffee and mixers; a microwave and a small mini fridge are also for guests' use. The space does have a door that locks and guests will be provided a key. Guests have access to the entire lower level plus the driveway and backyard patio. We are more than happy to offer suggestions for food, good beer and outdoor activities in the Mad City. Our neighbors are also great resources for all other things Madison. While we are a social pair, we enjoy our privacy and respect guests' privacy as well however if you need anything, please feel free to ask. Most suitable for someone with a car and/or who are comfortable using a shared ride like Lyft. There is a city bus stop a block from our house.
