It is a peaceful place on the Rundell Farm, just four miles from I85. There is an extra fee and use agreement for using this amenity for a gathering, let us know if you're interested in learning more! Guests will have access to the entire livable space of the cottage, main floor with a full loft. Located within a easy 25 minute drive to Road Atlanta, Atlanta Speedway, Chateau Elan and Lake Lanier. Other attractions are within 45 minutes, including the University of Georgia, Blue Ridge Mountains, Helen and more! The wedding venue, Farm South Pendergrass, is located 7 miles away. Having a car is the best way to get around. We have plenty of parking area if you need to park a trailer or boat. The hosts live full time in the main house on the property. When the pool is closed, it is covered.
