The family room is another place to gather and watch a game or socialize with each other with its own smart tv! Our custom dining table seats 10 in a rustic Pottery Barn style seating. Perfect for that large family gathering or corporate meeting. The kitchen is hard to do justice in words. You will find stunning stainless steel appliances including a 36" gourmet gas stove with a griddle plate. Situated on a corner lot in the heart of Kettering Ohio a suburb of Dayton you will feel comfortable and will want to extend your stay in the great welcoming neighborhood. Be sure to confirm the address with us when booking as the address reflecting is our corporate office and not the home location. Your are renting the entire single family home. You are NOT sharing a space. The guest who reserves the home must be present at check in. We reside only three blocks away. PLEASE if there is any issues at all from accessibility to cleaning, linens, ect . Notify us immediately and we will work to resolve them that day. FYI, the patio has a partially covered pergola awning. its great for escaping the sun and have some shade it is not meant to be water tight. The stove is a gas stove top with electric oven. Sometimes it can be tricky to operate if your not familiar with this type of appliance. There is a house manual located next to the scale in kitchen but if you have any issues at all please do not hesitate to contact us to assist you in its operation. Lastly please remember your stay is important to us and we want you to be happy. most concerns can be address immediately and we only ask for that opportunity to do so. Your less than 10 mins to University of Dayton, 15 mins from Wright State University and just 3 mins from the I-675 exits for quick access to Columbus and Cincinnati areas. There is a Walmart, Kroger, Miejers and Costco only minutes away and you are less than 2 miles from The Greene shopping center that has a abundance of restaurants, theater and The Funny Bone comedy club. Each guests will be given a digital code to access the door that will only work during thier stays. WE DO NOT PERMIT PARTIES AT ANY TIME. It is best to discuss with us ahead of time about your plans prior to booking. We do not wish your stay to end early due to violating this rule.
