We are minutes away from beautiful vineyards and wineries. Only 1 hour to Crater Lake. Minutes to adventures on the Rogue River. GO SNOW SHOEING AND SKIING INTHE AREA! The guest house is private. There is a deck that overlooks the views into the valley and off into the cascades. You'll love the peace and serenity this private guest house brings. Wintertime is especially cozy! OMMP/Rec friendly. SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED OUTSIDE. Our guesthouse has the ambiance of a romantic, cozy log cabin inside. There is a fully equipped kitchen, french press included! Stay in and make a romantic dinner for your loved one or go out and enjoy coming back to your getaway to cuddle up in front of the (electric) fireplace to watch Netflix, TV, or one of the classics on the dvd player. The bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress and there is a small loft space with full size bed. *Please note: the clearance in the loft area is such that one cannot stand up and it is just for sleeping!! The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, dressing room/closet, and a SAUNA! There’s also a deck off the kitchen with views of the Cascades and the amazing sunset. There is also a deck below at the entrance that is perfect for star gazing at night. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the place but, you are welcome to enjoy whatever you want to smoke outside! There are steps to enter the guesthouse and therefore may not be wheelchair accessible. All guests have access to their own private upper and lower deck areas that are not shared. There is plenty of room for parking. Also if there is anything at all that guests need to make their stay more comfortable, just ask! We are friendly and very social but we understand the need for personal space. That being said, we would love to meet you and if you want to have a chat or a beer together then great! But if not, thats ok too! Enjoy Southern Oregon Winter. Take in the view of the Table Rocks & the Rogue Valley. We are 55 min from Crater Lake, 1 hour from Mount Ashland Ski Resort, 40 min from Ashland's Shakespeare Festival, 30 min from The Britt Pavilion, Close to several wineries incl Kriselle, RoxyAnn, and Del Rio. 1 min from dodge bridge boat ramp, 7 min from local rafting companies & unlimited adventures as you head down Crater Lake HWY. Such as backcountry adventures at Diamond Lake and Mt Bailey, Crater Lake, Willow Lake, Lost Creek Lake, and Mills Creek Falls. Weather permitting, it's a winter wonderland. The view from our property and, of course, off the deck from the guest house is breathtaking. Sunsets are picturesque. The brand new guesthouse is so comfy and cozy you may not want to leave! A car is almost necessary around this area. Uber will drop you off here from Medford, but will NOT pick you up from here. We are about 25 minutes from Rogue Regional Medical and also from Providence Medical Center. We are about 45 minutes from Three Rivers Medical Center. We are located on the rural part of Crater Lake Highway outside city limits, which means that we see and hear traffic but still in a beautiful country setting. We have 2 dogs that love to chase cars and get excited and bark mainly when you arrive and go to leave. They do not bite and are very friendly. *Pro-tip, throw a stick and you'll see tricks! We have an electric fence so they are not able to get anywhere near the guesthouse. If you let us know an approximate time you are coming we can have them contained.
