Happy Trails Cabin in The Pass

Gorgeous custom built A-Frame cedar cabin from Lindal Cedar Homes. Nestled in a private, tree-filled corner lot within walking distance to Snoqualmie Summit Central Ski Lifts, Tubing Center and Dru Bru. Stunning mountain and forest views from all the windows! This cabin is located right in the heart of Snoqualmie Pass, walking distance to Summit Central Ski Lifts. The lot is filled with conifer trees and gorgeous views are all around. Great in the Summer for all the awesome hiking trails and fishing and floating in nearby lakes. In the Fall, there is abundant mushroom hunting in the forest. In the Winter, you have easy access to Snoqualmie Summit West, Central and East Ski areas, Tubing Center as well as Alpental Ski area. There is also a great sledding hill right in the back yard! A brew pub, Dru Bru, is just down the main road and offers fantastic micro-brews and growlers to go! Next door to Dru Bru is The Commonwealth restaurant, bringing high quality dining to The Pass. These have become destinations spots all on their own! We do have wi-fi internet access and Roku for streaming movies. Please note, the Internet can be slow, especially when using Roku. We have not had issues with cell phone service though. There is a ping pong table, darts, sleds, board games, DVD's and Roku to keep you entertained! So, come enjoy our family cabin. Bring the whole family, invite some friends and kick back and relax! Note: We are in the mountains and the driveway is steep. Not recommended for adults who cannot traverse steep slopes, up and down! Also note the proximity to I-90. We are in the heart of Snoqualmie Pass and the resort area. It's not pure wilderness! Please satellite map the area! That said, it's quiet on the inside. You will have access to the beauty of the natural setting and easy access to amenities such as a little grocery store, gas station, restaurants, brewery. We have Dru Bru growlers for you to use and swap out for fresh brew. We will not be present, so all communications will be via phone or e-mail. I am pretty much glued to my phone, so unless I'm sleeping or driving, I will do my best to respond right away! The Pass is pure heaven and only 1 hour from Seattle. Also within a half hour is Roslyn and Suncadia Resort, where there are many fine dining options as well as a winery. Once in the Pass, there are shuttles between West, Central and East (formerly Hyak) Ski Areas. In the Winter, once at the cabin, you will find there is not much need to drive around. Snow is abundant and you will need a 4x4 and most likely chains to get to our cabin, and for certain to get back up the hill! The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are each located on their own floor of the 3- floor cabin. This allows for great privacy between guests. The lower floor also serves as the entertainment room and has the TV, video games and ping pong table. The large deck has a barbecue and eating area in the non-snow months. There is a King size bed upstairs in the loft. There is also a Queen size futon in the loft. In the bedroom on main level, there is a twin size bunk bed. Downstairs is a Queen size bed. A Queen size blow up mattress is also available to use for set up in lower living area. We also have an espresso machine and coffee grinder, as well as a French press and standard coffee maker. Lost Key Fee of $200 to re-key the lock for safety and security purposes. $25/per person/per night additional charge after 6 people. No pets allowed. Damage deposit forfeited for violations. No shoes inside. Also, we just replaced main floor carpeting due to red wine spill from guests. Please, be mindful of this.
