SELF CHECK IN: This beautiful Tuscan style guest suite is a separate apartment attached to a home with it's own private courtyard. It is at the end of a quiet private road, close to Old Town Auburn. You may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, golf, wine tasting, the American River, and many walking, cycling, horseback riding trails. With a circle driveway and front door parking you have a separate entrance in an enclosed 500 sq ft courtyard with table and seating area. Inside the room there is approximately 300 sq ft of newly remodeled luxury including the finest memory foam Queen mattress with bedside USB and power, additional sleeping on a twin size futon, walk in closet, bathroom with large walk in shower, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the wildlife walking by the large picture window. The room includes WiFi, 50" 4k large screen HDTV with premium channels and Blu-ray. Venture out to Old Town Auburn for fine dining, unique one of a kind shopping and weekend Farmer's Market. Explore many outdoor activities: Placer Wine Trail, golf courses, American River Canyon, Amtrak Capital Corridor train station with daily round trips to the Bay. Conveniently situated halfway between San Francisco and Reno, just minutes from Interstate 80. Your own private suite that is accessed through the courtyard which is the formal entrance to the house. We do not use this entrance so the courtyard will be all yours. You can lock your private suite door. We're friendly and available across the courtyard if you need anything but we'll assume that you want privacy and make sure you have it. We are available for questions, local references or help. Should you find yourself in need of anything during your visit, we are here for you! Available by phone and text. Private road and extremely quiet countryside foothill acreage. There are no pets, smoking, vaping or drug use allowed on the premise. Your vehicle will fit perfect at the end of the walkway right in front of your room. Please be mindful and leave room for others to pass and stay towards the house.
