A clean quiet and safe Studio 25 min from DT

A Clean, Safe, and Quiet space in a nice residential area. Wifi and Direct TV with premium channels. Lock box entrance for 24 hour access. A Clean, Quiet residential neighborhood with a well maintained park across the street..the back yard is a cozy semi private escape from the days stresses. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are available to use but the upstairs living room is a work in progress due to the fact that I recently purchased the home. When I am not working I am at the residence and can be reached by Text, Email or phone to help you with all of your needs including rides to and from your destinations. Very peaceful, Quiet and safe.. If I am not working I can give U rides to and from most places.. Or it's a short Uber ride to anywhere in the Twin Cities. There is a very cozy fire pit with seating and hammock in the semi private back yard. I also have a couple very nice beach type chairs that are available in case you have some time to catch some rays!
