Clean Contemporary Home, directly opposite an elementary school in the city of Balch Springs TX, two minutes from the freeway & twenty minutes from downtown Dallas. It is a very quiet & safe neighborhood. You will like it. This listing is set up for after work rest place, it is not Conducive for working from home, there is no reading desk in the room and setting up a computer networks station in the common area like the dinning and living area is not allowed SAFE AND QUIET ENVIRONMENT, VERY GOOD FOR RESTING AND RELAXING!
