The Brickhouse Apothecary is a Historic Building built in 1895 as a business and residence. The structure is beautiful and the space is amazing, I am sure you will be impressed with the integrity of this beautiful building. Thank you ! This Historic building housed many businesses and their families since its beginning in 1896. I've been renovating the building in Pomeroy, Ohio, for years. This building was on the tear down list, due to decades of neglect when it was purchased . Here I am, 4 years later, still renovating and discovering so much beauty in this place. The Brickhouse Apothecary Building is a work in progress, and I am so glad you are choosing to stay here as renovations continue ! Guest rooms are on the 2nd floor, and there is a guest parlor and beautiful front porch on the 2nd floor as well. The first floor is occupied by The Herbal Sage Tea Company, an organic herb company creating unique blends and shipping them worldwide. Its quite a stunning building, and if you like historic places, this is a must see. Willow is my companion dog who lives in the Brickhouse. Willow keeps to herself, and if you choose, you wont even know she's around. If you'd like a snuggle, she'd be up for that too. We are just a few steps from downtown Pomeroy, close to everything this amazing village has to offer. We AirBnB 2 guest rooms, there is shared bathroom. Boaters paradise , we have a large parking lot to accommodate you and the boat trailer. Free public launch across the street . Guests have their own private bedrooms, large shared parlor or living room, with access to our restored front porch. The village of Pomeroy is a walking town. Its the county seat, rich in history and beautiful architecture. Proximity to the Ohio River adds a beautiful touch to an historic place. Shops, coffee shop, local pub and brewery all within walking distance of your stay here at The Brickhouse Apothecary We have parking next to our building.
