Brought back to it's glory, this 50 yr old home was completely restored in 2019. Outdoor seating around a permanent firepit or covered backporch with bar top overlooking wildlife. Yet, just seconds from downtown Deltaville. House also spaciously accommodates wheelchairs. Owners live w/i sight. We have tried to think of everything that makes us comfortable to make you comfortable. Soft linens, plush towels, pleasing interiors, easy access. Comfort, relaxation and a great nights sleep are our goals. No worries. Coffee is provided for a great start to an enjoyable day in Deltaville. For larger families, the Deltaville Farm House (also on Airbnb, different Host) is located right next door for those that want to rent both houses. House, yard, driveway. Garage is not yet included. Owners are located within a short distance of property. Only a phone call away. Very quiet neighborhood, just a few houses on this road. Owner's live within sight. Deltaville is a great place for bike riding or those that love to walk. PETS MUST RECEIVE OWNER'S PRIOR CONSENT PRIOR TO BOOKING. I also prefer guests to have a few positive reviews.
