The living room has a 48 inch SMART television with Wi-Fi and NETFLIX , a fireplace, couch, recliner and two other chairs. central air/ heat. Over 40 spices for the cook. 120 ft flower garden. Fantastic views of the Long Island Sound and Connecticut from the kitchen, dining area bedroom, and back yard. The backyard has a firepit, Adirondack chairs, big barbecue grill and outdoor dining. As well as wicker rockers. Sounds of the water crashing onto the Beach as well as the birds make you feel peaceful and Serene. Wait until you see the beautiful sunsets! Centrally located on the North Shore of Long Island. An hour and a half to New York City, to the west,and an hour to Orient Point, and the Hamptons to the east. Drive through the country and explore Plenty of wineries along the way, along with plenty of Farm stands, pick-your-own berries or pick up a nice homemade pie. 10 minute ride to Splish Splash Water Park,and Tanger Outlet Mall. 20 minutes to Riverhead Aquarium. 120 steps to the beach about a five-minute walk or a 30-second car ride. There's a laundromat 1 mile away , as well as plenty of stores, restaurants for dine-in or take-out or delivery and fast food. I'm a very personable person, and I like to introduce myself to all of my guests and welcome them to my home if possible with your arrival time, so I can go over anything you have to ask me, and give you highlights of the area. If it is not possible to meet you, I will leave a list of house requests and Wi-Fi information on the kitchen table for you. As well as local takeout restaurant menus, and a list of places to shop,dine, ect. You will have access to my phone number as well. I'm available 24 hours a day if there are any problems that arise. Upon reaching the home, you will notice that the area is extremely quiet. You will hear the sounds of the birds, and sometimes the Water. There is a peacefulness that will settle over you once you arrive.Whether you are sitting inside looking outside at The View, or eating outside having a barbecue, or watching a fire in the chimney and relaxing in the Adirondack chairs,with a view of the sound and Connecticut all around you. Also unbelievable sunsets! Whether you come by plane, or by train, or by car, if you need help with directions you can map my address . Stores, the bakery, restaurants, and the laundromat, are about a mile away. There are some hills in the area good for walking, if you like to exercise, or just stroll the neighborhood along the waterfront. There is a delightful screened in porch in the front that gets really nice and toasty in the winter, and has cool breezes in the summer. My house has wonderful views of the water. You will be comfortable whether the windows are up, or the air conditioning is on. Whether you're sitting at the kitchen table, the outside eating area with the barbecue, or at the Adirondack chairs at the fire pit, admiring the view.
